Moro Bay, the heart of Kertasari, has been a secret for years but is now emerging as one of the most enticing areas in Indonesia. Stunning natural beauty, consistent, fun waves for all, and soon easy access with a new airport opening in 2025. Moro Bay is destined to be the next Indonesian hub for adventure, surfing, and diving. The West Sumbawa Government is steadily improving infrastructure to support its tourism plans, with Kertasari their main priority.

We are designing a cohesive community masterplan project with affordable, stylish architect-designed villas on smaller and medium-sized blocks. We have lovely hillside land with panoramic views over Moro Bay, the surf breaks, islands and mountains. The people behind this project are all excited and passionate about living and investing here. We are designing our own dream community for water-lovers, outdoor adventurers, creatives and other good people who want to know their neighbors.

We focus on quality over quantity, low environmental impact & footprint, shared spaces, local engagement, an ocean-loving vibe, and, most importantly, an active community of compassionate, creative and ambitious life-loving humans.

For those who don’t know, Kertasari has a growing community already and a year of two seasons – wet and dry. So you get the exotic desert life as well as the lush jungle.

We are hard at work preparing this project. The offering will be house and land packages or land only with approved villa design/s to be built within a specific timeframe. The high-quality masterplan and first villa designs will be released early to mid 2025.
