We are designing a cohesive community masterplan project with affordable, stylish architect-designed villas on smaller and medium-sized blocks. We have lovely hillside land with panoramic views over Moro Bay, the surf breaks, islands and mountains. The people behind this project are all excited and passionate about living and investing here. We are designing our own dream community for water-lovers, outdoor adventurers, creatives and other good people who want to know their neighbors.
